Social Media
Although I first began writing social copy for the Black Girl Nerds Podcast and The Washington Post's Style section, working with "Hermione Granger and the Quarter Life Crisis" is how I truly began to hone my social media skills. I manage the show's Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Tumblr accounts. I also write press releases, coordinate interviews, curate the show's blog, and manage the HGQLC website. These are a few of my favorite posts and Twitter threads.

Newsletters
I jump at any opportunity to curate a newsletter, here are a few of my favorites. [Note: I created and curated the AllBlackGirlEverything Newsletter and site with my friend, Niesha Miller, from 2014 to 2016.]
Event Listings (and more)
During my time at The Washington Post, I wrote thousands of event listings. That is not an exaggeration. During my four years at The Post, I did the following:
- Filled in for the Weekend section's editorial aide, writing weekly listings on concerts, art exhibits, parties and more.
- Compiled listings for the Style section's seasonal arts previews.
- Wrote Going Out Guide picks on museum exhibits for the Washington Post Magazine.
- Occasionally edited the bestsellers list for the Books section.
Photo Galleries
While working as an EA at The Washington Post, one of my occasional responsibilities was to caption photo galleries, either for standalone digital content, or to compliment a reporter's story. These are some of my favorites.
